What is Panelization?
Panelization is the grouping of multiple circuit boards onto a single panel for efficient manufacturing.
Panelization combines multiple PCBs onto a larger production panel so they can be transported through automated assembly and soldering lines.
Practical Application
Individual boards are made separable from the panel by V-scoring, tab routing or a combination of both methods. An optimized panel design maximizes material utilization.
